Get custom-field schema

https://platform.textingline.com/api/v1/contacts/custom-fields/schema

Returns the custom-field definitions for the authenticated account. Use the returned index values as JSON string keys when reading or writing the customFields map on a contact. Fields not currently usable (disabled or being deleted) are omitted.
