Returns the contact with the given E.164 phone number, including visible custom-field values and resolved group memberships. Memberships are split between groups (fully opted in) and pendingGroups (queued, awaiting SMS confirmation).
Custom-field values are returned only for indexes that are visible in the user's current schema; orphaned values are silently stripped.
